📍 My tracking says delivered but I haven’t received my parcel
If your tracking shows as delivered:
Please check with neighbours or your building reception
• Check any safe places around your property
• Contact the courier directly for delivery details
If you’re still unable to locate your parcel, please contact us and we’ll investigate further with the courier.

🔁 Can I get a refund or replacement?
We’re happy to help where possible. Please note:
Replacements are only offered for damaged, faulty, or lost items
• Items must be reported within a reasonable timeframe
• We are unable to replace or refund used products
